Getting Around
Within Chester there are four main campuses. The historic Parkgate Road campus, Kingsway Campus if you are studying arts or media related degrees expect to spend a lot of time here, Queen’s Park Road hosts the University’s Business School, Riverside Campus where those studying education or health and social are taught and finally Thornton Science Park. Each has a park and ride ensuring that on busier days you can avoid the traffic of the city centre. If you fancy heading further afield, Manchester and Liverpool are both a short train journey away!
Nightlife
University of Chester students usually start any night at CH1 Bar right on campus, it is a relaxing space to enjoy a drink and meet likeminded students. For those wanting a livelier night, Rosies remains a favourite within the student community, it hosts themed nights and you need to check out the clubs rooftop terrace. Another favourite is Cruise, with 6 themed spaces ranging from Manhattan to Moscow, this club is a must visit whilst studying in Chester.
